Dennis
J. Crane is a results-oriented corporate executive with proven
business navigation skills. He has strong capabilities in strategic
pricing and go-to-market activities, particularly for medium to large
B2B product and services companies. He has served as general manager and
senior vice president of marketing, sales, business development, and
product development for GE Information Services as this business grew to
market leadership in electronic commerce and B2B integration services.
DJ was also President of GE’s Healthcare supply chain management
venture; CEO of ANS Communications, the first Internet Service Provider
acquired by AOL; SVP and General Manager of Bell and Howell’s electronic
publishing unit (now ProQuest), and SVP Global Marketing and Strategy
for SCT Corporation, a $450M enterprise software firm. His experience
includes a 4-year operational assignment in Asia Pacific developing
distribution channels for GE’s global information services business.
DJ is a graduate of the US Naval
Academy and holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He
also completed GE’s highly regarded Executive Development Program.

As Managing Director of Kemarra Inc., Keith Rayner channels a diverse set
of international business development and marketing experience into

Mr. Rayner started his international career in London, working on the
commodity and stock markets with the International Commodities Clearing
House. A move abroad to New York saw consultancy work on Wall Street with
Goldman, Sachs & Co., and Citibank. He then broadened his international
experience with four years in Berlin, Germany, with the LandesBank Berlin,
and five years in Paris, France, consulting for a number of companies in the
financial and IT sectors, including Rhone Poulenc and Credit Lyonnais. With
fluency in both German and French, he then represented a US software product
company in sales and marketing to European multinational telecommunication
companies, overseeing a number of projects in different countries. Keith
then returned to the US, transitioning full-time to product marketing for
several US software firms.
Kemarra Inc. is an international business development consultancy
specializing in the IT and Life Sciences sectors. The company represents
both US companies wishing to expand abroad, and foreign companies wishing to
establish themselves in the US. The company is based in San Francisco, next

software industry, working successively in software development, engineering

high-tech start-ups and large companies like IBM. His efforts to develop an

Ale leverages today his large professional network and experience to help
French entrepreneurs to start companies in the Silicon Valley, to bring
